- The Executive Office for United States Attorney's (EOUSA), intends to solicit and award a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to LPG Reporting Services, LLC, 133 Bristol Drive, Madison, MS 39110-7750 and Allen, Sharron & Associates P.O. Box 1731, Jackson, MS 39215-1731 under the authority of FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and compelling urgency. The EOUSA anticipates award of a Multiple Award BPA, on a sole source basis, to LPG Reporting Services, LLC and Allen, Sharron & Associates to provide Grand Jury Court Reporting Services. The period of performance is anticipated to be one (1) year from date of award. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A request for Quote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information in response to this notice may be sent to Anna Jones, Contracting Officer, at anna.jones@usdoj.gov. A determination by the Government to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
