- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The John L. McClellan VA Hospital, 4300 West 7th Street, Little Rock, AR 72205, intends to solicit and Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price Task Orders with a base year and four one year option periods with one Large Business (LB) source, Intuitive Surgical. Task Orders will be placed against Intuitive Surgical contract VA119-14-D-0001. Contractor shall provide full service maintenance coverage for Da Vinci Xi HD Dual Console Surgical System (CLIN 2340). Intuitive Surgical, is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the equipment listed below.
