- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - West Point intends to award on a sole source basis a Blanket Purchase Agreement to NATIONAL COUNCIL OF EXAMINERS FOR ENGINEERING NCEES,280 SENECA CREEK RD SENECA SC 29678-1405 to provide Fundamentals of Engineering Exams. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. If your firm does not agree with the sole source determination, please provide information supporting your firm's capabilities and experience in being able to provide the above requirement. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quote which shall be considered by the agency. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responses are due not later than 11:00am 26 August 2019. Responses shall be sent to robin.c.meyer.civ@mail.mil. If no acceptable responses are received by the due date and time, award will be made without further notice. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
