- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE, (not a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5) to determine the capabilities of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources pursuant to FAR Part 10. This is issued to identify sources capable to provide Cipher Lock Services at Naval Health Research Center, San Diego, California base plus one (1) option year, if exercised by the government, beginning 1 December 2019. A solicitation will be issued at the beginning of Fiscal Year 2020 and it is the responsibility of interested offerors to monitor the release of solicitation or synopsis. The applicable NAICS Code is 561622 (J063) (Locksmith Services).
