- Description
- Purpose: This requirement is to replace the rectifier bay in APG South (Edgewood BLDG E5103/DCO). This DCO houses the main Voice and Network equipment supporting numerous critical missions and the primary emergency communications center (911 Center) for APG. It also serves as the secondary entrance for the DoDIN. The current Power System at the DCO is an AT&T Technologies' Lineage System installed sometime in February 1988. The configuration consists of seven 200AMP rectifiers. One of the seven 200AMP rectifiers has failed. The critical modules have reached End of Life (EOL) and no replacements are available.
