- The Naval Research Lab (NRL) intends to award a sole-source contract to Intelstat General Corporation. This notice is being posted to meet the requirements of FAR 5.2 and DFARS 206.302-1. NRL is issuing this combined synopsis and Request for Information (RFI) seeking potential sources for planning purposes only. This notice is not a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quote (RFQ). No awards will be made from the responses to this announcement.
