- DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, containers, tools, materials, supervision, vehicles and other items or services necessary to perform scrap yard management, scrap removal, scrap demilitarization (DEMIL) / mutilation (MUT) and scrap de-manufacturing (DEMAN) operations including disposal and recycling. The contractor shall meet the standards including disposal and recycling to be defined in the solicitation for four (4) Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services sites located at Iwakuni, Misawa, Okinawa and Sagami, Japan. Area of coverage will also include Forward Collection Sites (FCSs). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (23-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
