- The Army Contracting Command - Warren intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Request for Proposal (RFP) on 08 April 2019 for the Gage, Ring, Plain; NSN: 5220-00-317-2503; P/N: 7274730; NAICS: 333515. The RFP will be a Women-Owned Small Business set-aside. The base quantity is 1,319 each plus one 100% option. The Gage, Ring, Plain supports end item Caliber.50 M2 Series with Tripod M3 and Mount M63 Machine Gun. The Technical Data Package is competitive, Distribution A. First Article Test (FAT) is required. The production lead time (PLT) without FAT (with Government approved FAT waiver) is 120 days after award for all 1,319 each. The PLT with FAT is approximately 270 days after award for all 1,319 each. The FAT Report (FATR) is due 240 days after award. The Government FATR approval time is 30 days after receipt of FATR. Packaging is Military/B; the special packaging instruction number is 7274730, dated 20 Nov 17, Rev F. Inspection and Acceptance are origin. Free on Board is destination.
