- Base Bid: Upper Bulkhead Recesses includes, but is not limited to, disposal of two emergency miter gate leaves, associated anchorages & pintle balls; removal and disposal of pintle ball bases; concrete removal; fabrication, delivery & installation of precast concrete panels, precast concrete recess panels, steel deadman beams, and steel protection plate assemblies; installation of concrete anchors, check post installation, installation of anchor and wall armor, concrete placement, underwater concrete placement, diving operations, installation of rock dowels and weep holes, and electrical work.
