- Solicitation W9124819Q0005 has now been attached to this notice for the emplacement and service of portable latrines, and the service of pit latrines and septic tanks. Details to include locations and guidance for responding to this solicitation are contained within the attachment. This will be a requirements contract IAW FAR Part 16.503.
