- This is a Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) to determine availability of qualified contractors to support the C-17 Training Systems (TS) beginning in 2021 with the potential of a period of performance of up to 10 years. This is not a request for proposal (RFP) or solicitation of offers of any kind. Any costs incurred pursuant to receipt, review or response to this SSS is entirely the responsibility of the responding firm/entity. The Government will not reimburse any firm for costs they may incur in relation to or arising from this SSS. Only non-classified information shall be provided in your response. The Government may reproduce copies of submitted information as necessary to facilitate its review thereof. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
