- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Please see the attached Solicitation and Specifications. If you are seeing this announcement in FBO, please follow the link to the NAVWAR E- Commerce website to retrieve details and attachments. **Update 07 August 2019: This announcement has been amended to open up competition to both Large and Small Business concerns ("full and open"). The due date has been extended through 12 August 2019. If you have previously submitted a quote, the Government will still consider it for award. Alternatively, you may re-submit a revised quote. The specifications document has not changed. Please see the attached revised Combined Synopsis and Solicitation dated 07 August 2019 for details. Update 08 August 2019: This announcement has been amended to update the Specifications document to change the Real Time Acquisition Bandwidth FROM: "minimum of 25 MHz, 40 MHz, and 125 MHz" TO: "minimum of 25 MHz". Please see the attached update document, no other changes have been made. The solicitation closing date has been extended to 13 August 2019". Vendor(s) who have previously submitted a quote may revise their quotation if your price is affected by this change. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
