This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. See attached RFQ. This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03 Effective 12 Jun 2019 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation Supplement (VAAR) Updated Part 807, 813, 819 and 853 Effective 25 Jan 2019. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516, with a small business size standard of 1000. The VA Northern California Health Care Systems has an urgent need to purchase MiniSeq Sequencing System for research project. Please provide price quotation using the attached RFQ. All price quotes received prior to 08/16/2019 will be considered by the Government. Only emailed price quotations received directly from interested persons are acceptable. Receipt must be acknowledged on my desktop computer to be recognized as received. This is the only acceptable method for delivery of quotes.
