This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 36C24419Q1057. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-97 effective January 24, 2018. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), with a small business size standard of $20.5 Million. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: The anticipated Period of Performance will be begin immediately following Contract award. Place of Performance WILMINGTON DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS BUILDING 1 1601 KIRKWOOD HWY WILMINGTON, DE 19805 All work shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Offerors are requested to quote Firm Fixed Price for any and all of the line items on the Schedule of Supplies and Services attached to this solicitation. Service Contract Act Wage Determination Number 2015-4215, Revision Number 09, dated 7/16/2019, applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract. A copy of the Wage Determination is included with this solicitation. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database IAW FAR 52.212-(k).
