- This solicitation is isued as a 100% Small Business set-aside and proposal will be accepted electronically by email to phyllis.gourneau@ihs.gov Medical transcription Services for the Quentin N Burdick Memorial Healthcare Facility Hospital in, Belcourt, North Dakota. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accoradance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items (Title VIII of the Federal Acquisition streaming Act of 1994) (Public Law 103-355) & FAR 37.4 non personal Healthcare Services Contract (10U, S. C.) 2304 and 41 U.S.C. 253) This announcement copnstitutes the only soliciation proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Quentin N Burdick Memorial Healthcare Facility (QNBMHF) intends to award a firm fixed price non personal service, requirments type of contract, commercial item, contract in response to Request for Quote (RFQ) IHS1380428. This solicitation is issued as 100% Small Business Set Aside. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-61. The associated North American Industry Classification System code is 541611 and the Small business size standard is $14.0 million. The contract resulting from this solication is a requirments type of contract. A requiements contract does not obligate ay funds. Fnds will be obligated on a as needed basis and placed against the contract through the issuance of a Delivery/Task order Orders will be submitted electronically, facimile or hard copy. Period of Performance Base Yr. 09/01/2019 to 08/31/2020 Option Yr. One 09/01/2020 to 08/31/2021 Option Yr. Two 09/01/2021 to 08/31/2022 Option Yr. Three 09/01/2022 to 08/31/2023 Option Yr. Four 9/01/2023 to 08/31/2024 Security Clearance for this contract is not required as the contractor will only have remote access.
