- The Bureau of the Fiscal Service on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) is soliciting a firm-fixed price quote for pick-up and disposal of biomedical waste services. This solicitation is being set aside 100% for Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB). The minimum acceptable requirements are included in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached.
