- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (“synopsitation” hereafter), which is expected to result in award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a commercial item, i.e. Packing & Crating Services as described under the attachment titled “Performance Work Statement (PWS)”. The synopsitation is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Additional Instructions to Offerors are located in Attachment 1 of the PWS and Evaluation Factors are presented in Attachment 2 of the PWS. Please note a general statement that a proposal will conform to the minimum requirements in the PWS will receive a rating of not technically acceptable; proposals must demonstrate how minimum requirements in the PWS will be met. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
