Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease approximately 26,000 rentable square feet to yield a minimum of 21,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet to a maximum of 26,000 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The space must be on no more than two contiguous floors and can be provided by new construction or modification of existing space. On-site parking for 75 vehicles is required. A lease for up to 10 years will be considered. To be considered, space must be within an eight mile radius of the city of Lancaster, PA. A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by the VA. Offerors must meet all Federal Seismic requirements.
