- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center will be posting a Limited Source Justification to purchase Pitney Bowes Intelligent Lockers that are compatible with Pitney Bowes SendSuite Tracking Software. The attached DRAFT Description of Supplies (DOS) is available for informational purposes only. The Government is looking for sources to determine whether there are potentially qualified BUSINESS concerns that have partnered with Pitney Bowes to provide Intelligent Lockers or similar system that are compatible with Pitney Bowes SendSuite Tracking Software.
