Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command has a requirement for the FY25-29 Accomplishment of the USS HARRY S. TRUMAN (CVN 75) Refueling Complex Overhaul (RCOH). The CVN 75 RCOH Accomplishment will encompass the refueling, overhaul, alteration, repair, and modernization of the CVN 75. The requirements will be solicited from Huntington Ingalls Incorporated, Newport News Shipbuilding, 4101 Washington Ave, Newport News, VA 23607. This requirement will be procured, without full and open competition, from the only qualified sources capable of performing a RCOH on a large deck nuclear-powered aircraft carrier.
