- This Contract was awarded as an 8(a) Set-a-Side pursuant to SBA's acceptance of the offer accepted April 15, 2019. The project consists of three Contract Line Items CLIN 0001 will replace 64 concrete panels on the airfield taxiway at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island (NASWI). CLIN 0002 will relocate runway border stripes at the outlying Field in Coupeville, WA CLIN 0003 will replace concrete joint sealant at Ault field at NASWI NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
