- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD has awarded a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ ) to Insitu Inc., 118 E. Columbia River Way, Bingen WA, in support of the Small Tactical Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Program, PMA-263.
