- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District Office requires a contract for Freeport Hurricane Flood Protection Project (HFPP) in Brazoria County, Texas. Project Information: The work consists of repair of damages to the levee embankment and riprap. Replacement of pump station engine is no longer required and will be deleted from the final scope.
