- The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey, Lake Michigan Ecological Research Station, Chesterton, IN has a requirement to construct a greenhouse with utilities to be used as a botany laboratory. The project magnitude is between $250,000 and $400,000. Proposals are being requested under Request for Proposals 140G0119R0027, which will be posted at Fedbizopps.gov and FedConnect.net on or about 07/09/2019. The offeror is responsible for monitoring the posting sites for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). A statement of work, specifications, drawings, and other project information are not available for release at this time. There will be a site visit conducted at Lake Michigan Ecological Research Station, 1574 North 300 East, Chesterton, IN. The site visit will be held on Tuesday, 07/16/2019 at 9:00 AM CT. Further details regarding the site visit will be provided in the solicitation when it is issued. Proposals will be due on or about 08/13/2019 (exact date/time to be provided in the solicitation). The NAICS code is 236220 with a small business size standard of $36.5 mil. This solicitation will be set aside for small business.
