- Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Hood (MICC-FH) is issuing a Sources Sought for a possible firm fixed price single award or multiple award ID/IQ construction contract using FAR part 15 procedures. Per FAR Part 36.204 the magnitude of this project shall be more than $10,000,000. This amount is for less than a one (1) year period or 12 month ordering period. The Directorate of Public Works and the MICC-FH contemplated a total order period of 36 months. Please note that an initial notice W91151-19-R-0033 was issued on 14 May 2019. This is a follow-on action to the original. MICC-FH is seeking contractors capable of performing road work under NAICS 237310 Highway, Street and Bridge Construction. At a minimum Prime Contractor shall be in the normal business of performing road work and paving construction as a prime contractor for a minimum period of 5 to 10 years, performing new road construction, road resurfacing, and parking lot construction. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
