- Due to the cyclical nature of this item, there has been a major reduction in programmatic quantity requirements. As such, Item #17 is hereby Amended as follows: Award of a New Manufacture, fixed-quantity contract is contemplated. The current best estimated requirement is hereby reduced from 195 units down to 57 Units. However, the amended best estimated quantity also has a possibility of a final buy quantity within a range of 14 units, up to a max of 86 units. The Government intends to award to a single manufacturing source. Surplus IS NOT authorized for this procurement and if offered, will NOT be considered for this procurement. DESIRED Delivery: rate of 25ea per month, beginning 420 Days ARO. REQUIRED Delivery: rate of 25ea per month, beginning 560 Days ARO. Delivery Destination: US Government / DLA Distribution Depot Hill, Hill AFB (SW3210).
