Description
The combined synopsis solicitation 36C10E20Q0004 0001 is amended to answer vendor questions as follows. 1. Question: According to the Statement of Work, Section 4.1.7 On-Call Repair: it states "  In the event of a system failure, which may not constitute an emergency, the Contractor shall be on site to perform on-call repair service within two (2) hours of notification as provided by VARONOL. The government is  requesting a two-hour response time on non-emergencies and a one-hour response time on emergencies.   Our standard protocol on all our contracts is a four-hour response time. Will you consider modifying or changing the response time to four hours instead of the two hours? 1. Answer: Yes, the response time for non-emergencies is changed from 2 to 4 hours. 2. Question: According to the Statement of Work, Section 4.1.9 Parts/Supplies Availability: It states " The contractor shall have an inventory of parts and supplies in quantities enough to effectively service the resulting contract. We do have an authorized Liebert Factory Service Group for Louisiana, but there is no way we can stock every part for the units listed on the contract. However, as an authorized Liebert Service Group, we do have the required internal inventory system and delivery system for the NEW parts and supplies that will be needed as well as the number and quantities to service the contract. We would like to suggest that a spare parts list be kept on hand? 2. Answer: SOW 4.1.9 section is changed as follows: From: 4.1.9 Parts/Supplies Availability: The contractor shall have an inventory of parts and supplies in quantities enough to effectively service the resulting contract. The contractor shall have an internal inventory system and delivery system for the parts and supplies. The inventory and delivery system must be enough to service the contract in accordance with the maintenance response times. The contractor shall use only new parts supplied by the manufacturer and after completion of the work, the service technician is required to remove from the work site old parts that were replaced. To: 4.1.9 Parts/Supplies Availability: The contractor shall have access to new parts as needed to service the equipment in accordance with the maintenance response times. The contractor shall use only new parts supplied by the manufacturer and after completion of the work, the service technician is required to remove from the work site old parts that were replaced. There are no other changes. End of document.
