- This amendment is to notify potential offerors that the unit submitted in response to this solicitation, once received at AFMETCAL (see RFQ, List of Attachments, Attachment 3), will then be transported to Wright Patterson AFB for evaluation and testing. Offerors should still comply with the RFQ and all attachments, for the preparation and submittal of its proposal and unit to be evaluated. This amendment serves only to notify where evaluation and testing of the proposed unit will be completed. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
