- The USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center has a requirement to Open, Inspect, Report, and Repair the following IAW the attached Scope of Work: Item 1 NSN: 5996 01-616-1524 OIR amplifier, radio frequency Open, inspect and report MFG: A R. Kalmus Corporation Part number: AR-75HPS Quantity: 2 Items as received by the contractor must be complete and of the proper cited part number. Discrepancies shall be reported to the Coast Guard Contract Administrator. Each Item shall be inspected IAW the attached Scope of Work to determine the extent of required overhaul. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
