- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with information in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this solicitation. The Government intends to award a sole-source contract to Quality Pacific Manufacturing Inc. dba Pacific Marine and Industrial in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Attached is the redacted Limited Sources Justification. Quotes are due no later than 17 July 2019 at 10:00 am Pacific Standard Time.
