- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is 36C24419Q0891 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. This solicitation is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is 334220, and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Coatesville VA Medical Center, Coatesville, PA 19320 has a Brand Name Only requirement for the supply of Motorola APX6000 portable radios and accessories. Delivery and installation completion is required as outlined in the solicitation document.
