- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures, under Acquisition of Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a quote is being requested and a separate, written solicitation will not be issued. Reference combined synopsis solicitation N61340-19-R-0151 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect from regulations posted to http://farsite.hill.af.mil inclusive, but not limited to, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) number 2019-03. The solicitation shall be awarded on a COMPETITIVE basis. It is anticipated that this award will be made on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This procurement is solicited as a small business set-aside with an associated North American Classification Code (NAICS) of 334111 (Electronic Computer Manufacturing) and PSC 6910 and the size standard of 1,250 employees. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), Orlando, FL has a requirement to procure system spares to support the KC-130J Harvest Hawk Part Task Trainers (PTTs). These spare parts will be purchase and deliver to Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, NC and MCAS Miramar, CA. The KC-130J Harvest Hawk PTTs Spares list below contains 22 parts with the detailed part number, part description and part quantities for each required item. The spares list is the same for two trainers located in MCAS Cherry Point, NC and MCAS Miramar, CA. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
