- Unites States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Forest Service, National Forests in Alabama is requesting proposals for road resurfacing within the boundaries of the National Forests in Alabama, specifically the Shoal Creek Ranger District, 45 Highway 281 Heflin, AL 36264. The work to be performed by the contractor consists of, but is not limited to, resurfacing approximately 1.00 mile of the total 5 miles of NFSR 553 (with associated subgrade repair). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
