- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is DRUMUSMACLSTMH0029 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-07-15 12:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be West Point, NY 10996 The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Must have a tiltable and removable touchscreen with a high resolution color display and at least a 3.5 display height Must include an automatic leveling function Must include an automatic calibration/adjustment function Must include a draft shield with automatic doors, intelligent learning capability, and an integrated ionizer to quickly dissipate electrostatic charges Draft shield and weigh pan must be able to be quickly and easily disassembled and cleaned Must operate on 115 VAC power Must include a 120 VAC power adapter and USB cable Must include RS-232 / USB / Ethernet/ auxiliary output ports and an integrated SD card reader Must be capable of basic weighing, weighing in percent, averaging (animal weighing), mass unit conversation, counting, formulation, density determination, totalizing, checkweighing, second tare memory, individual identifiers (IDs), calculations, statistics, and time-controlled function Must be capable of weighing units of g, kg, ct, lb, oz, ozt, tlh, tls, tlt, GN, dwt, mg, parts/lb, tlc, mom, tol, bat, MS, t, lb:oz, N, and μg Dimensions must be no more than 16 x 20 x 20 (H x W x D) Balance must be protected against dust and water Must include an 85 x 85 mm weighing pan Must have a weighing capacity of 220 g or more and a readability of 0.01 mg or better Repeatability must be 0.015 mg (0-60 g) and 0.025 mg (60-220 g) or better with a linearity of 0.1 mg Stabilization time must be 2 seconds with a response time of 6 seconds Bids must include shipping to 10996 NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
