Description

Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Hood is issuing a SOLICITATION for an Invitation for Bids (IFB) firm fixed price construction contract to remove and replace the existing steam boilers and all associated accessories in Building 36000, Fort Hood, Texas. This includes but is not limited to: remove and replace existing pumps with new heating water pumps. Remove and replace steam and condensate pipes where shown on the plans with new heating hot water piping. Remove and replace steam coils from AHU’s with new heating hot water coils. Provide new electricals and controls for new equipment as shown on the drawings.. This acquisition is 100% WOSB Women-Owned Small Business set aside under NAICS 238220 (Size Standard $15 Million). The magnitude of the procurement is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
