- Corpus Christi Army Depot Contracting Office Army Contracting Command-Redstone (CCAM-ALC) intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Helitune, Inc., of Elk Grove Village, IL 60007-1120 under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1), only one source reasonably available. The requirement is for Helitune WhirlTrak System annual calibration and maintenance support for Whirl Tower #1.
