- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number FA441719Q0133 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. Response Date: 18 July 2019 at 2:00 PM CST This combined synopsis/solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03, effective 12 July 2019.. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 339920, and Federal Stock Class (FSC) code is 7830. The Size Standard for this NAICS is 750 employees. *This acquisition is solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside* The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to deliver the items IAW the attached Solicitation Document, and List of Materials.
