- The VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System (VAAAHS), Ann Arbor, MI, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Only one source reasonably available, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Getinge USA Inc., 1777 East Henrietta St., Rochester, NY 14623 for furnishing ICAST Covered Stents. NAICS 339113 applies, the small business size standard is 750 Employees. The contractor shall deliver to the VAAAHS at 2215 Fuller Rd., Ann Arbor, MI 48105, by 1 day ARO. A five year ordering period IDIQ contract is anticipated with a minimum quantity of $100.00 and a anticipated usage of 75 stents per year. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received NLT 3:30 EST on 7/8/2019.
