- The Government intends to issue a sole source contract to Brandywine Communications for the procurement of Brandywine Modular Master Clock Low Noise 5MHZ Frequency Front Assembly Module which are required to meet Navy Multiband Terminal (NTM) external user requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may submit comments in writing to the Contract Specialist, Mr. William Sprigg, Code 22550, NIWC Pacific who may be reached by telephone at (619) 553-1508 or via email to William.sprigg@navy.mil.
