- This communication serves as public notice of an upcoming U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service solicitation that will be limited to a Single-Source per FAR 13.06-1. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) - Contracting and General Services (CGS) Region 1, located at 911 NE 11th Avenue; Portland, OR 97232, intends to issue a Request For Quote for a Firm-Fixed Price commercial items service contract to Scaup and Willett, LLC for Carp Management Data Analysis services performed by Adonia Hendry for McNary National Wildlife Refuge, Burbank, WA. A justification for this Single-Source solicitation is attached. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 7/18/2019, with an anticipated quote due date approximately 7 days after. Award is expected to be made within one week of the quote due date. The performance period of the resulting purchase order is expected to be from the award date through August 2020. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
