- This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought synopsis only. This is not a request for proposals and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to gain knowledge of any commercially available overhaul/repair vendors that may be of interest to the USCG. Sources Sought No. 70Z03819IH0000004 is assigned to this notice for tracking purposes only. The United States Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center is conducting market research to identify sources capable of supplying HC-130 Main Landing Gear Carbon Brakes, P/N: 2-1744, Disk Brake Parts Kits, P/N: 380-180, and Wheel Assemblies, P/N: 3-1660. Traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) in the form of OEM Certificate of Conformance and Purchase Date from the OEM will be required by any solicitation issued for these items. The OEM is UTC Aerospace Systems/Goodrich Corporation (UTAS).
