- The Defense Logistics Agency Maritime Puget Sound is issuing this sources sought and request for information as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) Security Radios, 30 each. All features of the devices must be compatible for use on the US Navy ELMR ASTRO 7.17.3 system. This includes all management capabilities such as Over The Air Reprogramming OTAR and Over The Air Programming OTAP. Required delivery date is 01 December 2019. The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334220.
