- This Sources Sought Notice (SS) SPE605-19-R-1009 is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy). This Sources Sought notice does not constitute a request for quote, bid or proposal. Submission of any information in response to this sources sought notice is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred and shall retain all information provided with no expectation of return. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and to qualification of potential suppliers for lab testing equipment. This information will contribute to determining the best procurement method for the requirement. The potential supplier must be able to provide brand name or equal, set up and delivery of materials in accordance with the American Standard Test Method (ASTM). If your company is interested and capable of providing materials for NAICS Code 541380 - Testing Laboratories, please respond to this Sources Sought Notice no later than Thursday, July 18, 2019 at 4:30PM EST. In responding to this notice provide the following information: 1. Identification of the firm and its owners (company name, email address, phone/fax number and website if applicable. State whether your organization is classified as a large or small business for NAICS 541380). 2. Identify items, what extent specification can be met for the item, and ability to perform at the specific location. 3. Past experience/performance: provide background information regarding technical ability, financial capacity, and ability to perform.
