- Description
- The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) is soliciting quotations under Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 36C786-19-Q-0396 to supply a Caterpillar Excavator and Trailer for Chattanooga National Cemetery, as well as a Backhoe for the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs). The NAICS Code is 333120; Size Standard is 1250 employees. Offers received from concerns that are not VOSBs shall not be considered. VOSBs must be verified for ownership and control and listed in the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov prior to the due date for proposals. (See Provision 852.219-11 VA Notice of Total Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside.) Units shall be in accordance with the Price Schedule and terms and conditions contained in the solicitation. The Government will award a Firm-Fixed price contract using the best value tradeoff approach resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quotation is most advantageous to the Government regarding price. In addition, the Government intends to award without discussions. Therefore, the offeror s initial proposal should contain optimal terms from a price and technical standpoint. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from Federal Business Opportunities http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around July 11, 2019. Responses to the solicitation are due by 4:00 p.m. EST on July 17, 2019. The question and answering period commences on July 11, 2019 and concludes on July 14, 2019 by 4:00 p.m EST.
