- Page 2 of 2 The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) Southern Tier in Milwaukee, WI is soliciting a non-personnel services contract to provide annual maintenance and updating of the architectural CAD drawings and CAI database, to include implementation of a Fire Door Inspection/Life Safety and Employee Location Management system. Contractor also will provide internet-based access services to user at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center located in Chicago, Illinois. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the requested services as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW) found on RFQ: 36C25219Q0733. The NAICS Code is 541511 with a Size Standard of $27.5 million in revenue. The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of approximately 12 months and four (4) 12-month options to extend services.
