- The National Park Service intends to issue a solicitation for a trail restoration within the Cumberland Gap National Historical Park. The proposed acquisition will be a 100% small business set-aside procurement, the NAICS code is 238990 ¿ All Other Specialty Trade Contractors and the size standard is $15.0 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will result in a contract with a period of performance of 60 days. The official solicitation package and its attachments will be issued and be available on or about July 18, 2019. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at http://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made to any contractor if not registered and active. Interested offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered and active in SAM prior to submitting their quote.
