- Description
- The scope of work consists removing and replacing the District Office roof and the Marine Warehouse roof at the Cordova Ranger District. The work includes demolition, new gutters, downspouts, flashing, underlayment, asphalt shingles, EDPM membrane, and installed with a manufacture's and installers special warranty. The District Office has approxiametly 6,400 square feet of asphalt shingles and 1710 square feet of EDPM roofing. The Marine Warehouse has approximately 1,060 square feet of EDPM roofing and includes approximately 110 square feet of fascia prep, prime, and repainting. Contractors must be active in the System for Award Management to submit a quote. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-JUL-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
