- Cloud-based, web-scale Library Service Platform (LSP) for 13 Army University libraries, composed of an Integrated Library System (ILS), a web-scale Discovery Tool, an authentication layer, and a digital archival management system (DAMS)as outlined in the attached Requirements Description The Discovery Tool setup portion of conversion for all 13 libraries must start by 1 September 2019. The 13 libraries to transition ILS and DAMS as list in solicitation. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-APR-2019).
