REMOVAL OF SMALL BUSINESS FAR 52.219-6 Solicitation N0042119Q0296 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Part 13 intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with USI ELECTRONICS as they are providing quotes for the original manufacturer (Wind River) for upgraded maintenance, and license support under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-JUN-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
