- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is DESPS1910 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333314 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-06-14 15:00:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com. FOB Destination shall be Fort Drum, NY 13602 The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: 01 Portable Under Vehicle Inspection System ; Must include bidirectional scanners; motion activated, speeds up to min. 10MPH, night operation capable; 10MP resolution-Must include inspsection ramp with a load capacity of 40,000lbs axle pressure; integrated automatic LPR cameras with a minimum of 3K MP resolution,-Must provide a PC control unit with a minimum of a 19 inch KVM monitor, server, power distribution unit housed in a ruggedized transport case; -Must provide system inspection station software with automatic LPR feature. Complete operating package windows 10 compatible to include licensing.
